Rep. Lujan Grisham Announces NEH Grants

Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico’s 1st Congressional District today announced that the Central New Mexico Community College and New Mexico Humanities Council had been awarded grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). The grants are for the Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys.  

“These grants will allow New Mexicans to learn about Muslim culture and history in the United States and around the world,” said Rep. Lujan Grisham. “Central New Mexico University and the New Mexico Humanities Council are excellent locations and worthy recipients of this collection. I would encourage all New Mexicans to take the time to visit.”
